The Wecomise website is intended to present specialised consultancy, implementation, customisation and integration services for e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, provided by the holders identified in the previous section, for both B2B and B2C companies. The holders may also publish content, case studies, contact forms and other information relevant to potential clients and partners.

The user agrees to use this website responsibly and in accordance with applicable law. The following are prohibited:

• Using the website for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Introducing or spreading viruses or any other malicious software
• Attempting to access protected areas of the site or the company's computer systems without authorisation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the court of the district of São João da Madeira shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
